I AM GOING TO TELL YOU DAILY, WHAT I EAT FOR BREAKFAST LUNCH SNACK AND DINNER AND HOW MANY CALORIES EACH MEAL IS. AT THE END OF THE DAY, I WILL ADD UP MY DAILY CALORIE INTAKE WHICH I WILL TRY TO STAY UNDER 1200 CALORIES. THROUGHOUT THE DAY I WILL POST THINSPIRATIONAL PICTURES AND QUOTES AND THOUGHTS. I AM ALSO GOING TO EXPLAIN IN THE BEST WAY I CAN ALL THE EXERCISES IVE DONE.
